The Rockin' V Ranch has it’s origins in Upstate New York between the Oatka Trail and the Oatka Creek. 

As a boy Steve roamed the back country of Medina, New York riding horses, eating apples, and practicing his marksmanship.  Susan was busy feeding a retired plow horse carrots and looking for Indian arrow heads.  As fate would have it, they met and married.  By 1985 they had their own horses and in 1988 purchased their first farm along the Oatka Creek.  It was on this farm that they got their start in the horse boarding business with the help of their friend Mary Ann (Kuder) Conlon.  On the brink of the new millennium in 1999, the Vaisey’s moved to Thonotosassa, Florida and after another move or two settled in Lithia, Florida.

The Vaisey’s predominantly have owned and trained Quarter horses with a few Appaloosas and Morgans for variety.

Today The Rockin’ V Ranch is a small private boarding facility where we enjoy our boarders and routinely go trail riding on weekends or coordinate long weekend camp-outs.
